Are there fee discounts for new or referred users?

Eligible new accounts receive two account-creation fee waivers. Eligible referred users also get a 20% service-fee discount for their first 30 days.

While the promotion is active, eligible accounts created after the programme started receive two waivers of the $0.15 account-creation charge, also called rent. These are two uses in total, shared across Buy, Sell, and Withdraw. Joining through a referral does not add another two.

A waiver is used only when a successful onchain transaction actually incurs account-funding costs. Reviewing or cancelling a quote, failed transactions, and transactions without those costs do not consume a use. The network-cost portion still applies, so a rent waiver does not make the entire transaction free.

Eligible new users with a recorded referral receive 20% off the standard 0.25% Buy and Sell service fee, bringing it to 0.20%. The discount lasts for the first 30 days from account creation, not from the first trade. It does not reduce the network fee; withdrawals already have no service fee.

Accounts created before the programme started are not eligible. Benefits depend on eligibility and the active promotion settings; the fees in your transaction review reflect the benefits that apply to you.
