Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
Tradee is a software interface that helps users discover supported digital assets, interact with a non-custodial wallet, access third-party transaction infrastructure, and use portfolio, community and AI features. Tradee does not operate a centralized exchange or its own exchange order book. Operating an interface nevertheless involves processing personal information, including information associated with wallet activity.
This Policy explains how Tradee (“we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with the Tradee application, websites linking to this Policy, and related support services. Tradee is responsible for the processing purposes and means it determines, as described in this Policy.
Service availability is restricted under our Terms of Service, including restrictions concerning the United States, all of Europe and Vietnam. This Policy also covers information we receive from visitors, support contacts and people who are ineligible to use the application. An eligibility restriction does not remove privacy rights that apply by law.
This Policy is a notice about our practices. Reading it or using Tradee does not, by itself, constitute consent to every type of processing. Where consent is legally required, it must be obtained separately in the relevant context.
2. Information processed through Tradee

Public blockchain information can still be personal information when it identifies or can be connected to you. We do not treat a wallet address as anonymous merely because your name is not written on the blockchain.
3. Private keys and wallet credentials
Tradee is designed so that it does not receive, store, transmit, log, reconstruct or otherwise access your wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Wallet signing and supported secure export take place through the wallet provider's protected mechanisms.
A public wallet address, a signed transaction and its public transaction signature are different from a private key. Tradee processes the former as needed to provide its interface and transaction workflow.
Never send a private key, recovery phrase, password or authentication code through Tradee support, community posts or AI messages. Free-text messages are transmitted for the feature you use; they are not a secure secrets vault or a guaranteed personal-information redaction service.
4. Public profiles, social activity and the blockchain
Tradee is a social product. In the current product, profiles are public by default. Other users may see your username, display name, avatar, biography, linked X handle, follow relationships and counts, community contributions, supported holdings, trade counts, position values, entry-price information and eligible performance data. What is displayed depends on the relevant screen and data available.
The public profile excludes your private cash balance and private cash history. This does not make the underlying wallet private: people may independently inspect public Solana records or associate them with your identity. Hiding amounts on your own device does not, by itself, change what other users can see in public profiles, holdings lists or blockchain records.
Public posts, shared images and other shared content may be copied or retained by recipients. Removing information from Tradee does not necessarily remove copies made by other people or records held by independent websites.
Transactions submitted to Solana disclose information such as wallet addresses, token transfers, amounts and transaction signatures to the network. Such records may be accessible worldwide and are generally permanent. Tradee cannot edit or erase the Solana ledger.
5. How information is used
We use the information relevant to each feature to provide account access, connect your wallet, display supported assets, prepare transaction requests, enforce Tradee's asset eligibility rules, reconcile balances, calculate portfolio information, operate community features and administer available rewards or referrals.
We also use relevant records to answer support requests, diagnose errors, protect accounts and systems, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, satisfy applicable legal requirements and communicate material service or policy information.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the activity: performance of the service contract for requested functionality; legal obligation for required compliance; legitimate interests, where available and appropriately balanced, for service security and administration; or consent where required for optional processing. We do not rely on the contract to justify unrelated processing merely because you have an account.
6. AI and related processing
When you use AI features, Tradee sends the relevant messages and selected context to its AI provider, currently OpenAI. Portfolio-related requests may include selected holdings, cash figures, performance and recent trade information associated with your account. Public market questions do not require the same private portfolio bundle.
Tradee's structured portfolio-context path omits direct account identity, wallet addresses, transaction signatures and provider secrets from that bundle. Information you type into messages is still processed as message content. This limitation is therefore not a guarantee that all messages are free of identifying information.
Tradee keeps conversation records to support its conversation features. The current model integration requests that responses not be stored through the provider's response-storage feature. This is not a promise of zero provider retention, zero security logging or any particular model-training treatment. Those matters depend on the provider agreement and applicable configuration.
AI analysis does not authorize a buy, sell, withdrawal or other asset transaction. Signing and transaction approval are separate from asking a question or receiving an AI suggestion.
7. Recipients of information
We disclose the information needed for the relevant purpose to the following types of recipients:
- Authentication and wallet infrastructure: Privy, and sign-in or linked-identity providers you use, such as Google or X. Relevant information includes identifiers, connection information, public wallet details and authorized wallet requests.
- Transaction infrastructure: DFlow and the applicable routing, liquidity, network and RPC services receive the public wallet and transaction information needed for quotes, routing, submission and confirmation. Their role does not mean they receive every item of your account information.
- AI providers: Providers supporting the AI features receive the inputs described in Section 6.
- Infrastructure and support providers: Hosting, databases, storage, observability and support services handle the information necessary to operate the associated systems. Our hosting infrastructure includes Railway; information handled by infrastructure providers depends on the features and systems involved.
- Other users and the public: Information described in Section 4 is disclosed through the relevant social feature or public blockchain.
- Authorities and parties to legal proceedings: Where disclosure is legally required or lawfully necessary to address fraud, protect rights or respond to valid legal process.
- A successor operator: If responsibility for Tradee is transferred, relevant data may be transferred subject to applicable law, safeguards and any required notice. A business transfer does not authorize unrelated new uses without the required legal basis.
Some recipients process information on our instructions. Others determine their own processing purposes, including for their own legal obligations. Their role depends on the service and contract; not every third party is Tradee's processor. Privy's practices are described in its Privacy Policy. An external provider's notice does not replace Tradee's responsibility for processing that Tradee controls.
8. Storage and international processing
Tradee uses third-party infrastructure to provide its Interface. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where the relevant hosting, wallet, routing or AI provider operates. These countries may have different data-protection rules. A restriction on who may use Tradee does not necessarily restrict where a provider processes information.
Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we must establish a lawful transfer basis and apply any required safeguards before the relevant transfer. The mechanism depends on the countries, recipients and processing involved. You can contact contact@usetradee.com for information about the recipients, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your information, and to request a copy of applicable safeguards where the law provides that right.
9. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose, account status, applicable legal obligations, unresolved disputes and legitimate security needs. Information should not be retained merely because storage is available. Different categories can require different periods.
We use the following criteria to determine retention:
- Account and profile records: while needed to provide your account and process closure, followed by any retention required for an identified legal obligation or unresolved dispute.
- Transaction and reconciliation records: while necessary to explain and reconcile your transaction history, respond to disputes and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of these records.
- AI conversations: while needed to provide your saved conversation history, subject to deletion requests and applicable legal or security exceptions. AI providers may have separate retention duties and policies.
- Rewards and referrals: while needed to establish qualification, account for delivery and resolve related claims or misuse investigations.
- Technical logs and support records: for the period reasonably needed to diagnose an issue, secure the service or resolve the request, and for a longer period only where a specific legal or investigation need applies.
- Backups: until the relevant backup is replaced or expires under the applicable backup process. Retained copies must remain protected and must not be used to reintroduce deleted information into ordinary service use.
When information is no longer needed for a permitted purpose, it should be deleted or irreversibly anonymized. A legal hold may delay deletion of relevant records; it is not a reason to retain unrelated information indefinitely.
The current app provides Profile → Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete Account. This submits a request for review; it does not instantly deactivate your account or erase financial records. You may also contact contact@usetradee.com. Tradee will assess deletion requests under the applicable legal requirements, explain any relevant exception and process the request within the applicable deadline.
Account deletion is separate from a wallet transaction. It does not sell your tokens, withdraw funds, cancel a finalized transaction or erase onchain records. Before requesting closure, consider how you will retain access to your wallet through supported wallet-provider mechanisms. Never send us your private key to prove ownership or request deletion.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain uses, withdraw consent or appeal a decision. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and certain automated decisions where those activities occur and the law applies.
Use contact@usetradee.com to make a request. We may seek proportionate evidence of identity or an authorized representative's authority. We will not require disclosure of your wallet private key. We will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled, and any available appeal or complaint route. You may contact the relevant data-protection authority where the law gives you that right.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. Some requested functionality cannot operate without the information necessary for that functionality. Eligibility restrictions do not extinguish statutory privacy rights.
11. Website technologies and device permissions
The Tradee website serves its pages, fonts, images and other site assets without embedded advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting infrastructure still handles connection data needed to deliver requests and operate the site. Opening a link to a separate provider, including TestFlight or a social website, is subject to that provider's own practices.
The application uses local settings and provider-supported authentication mechanisms for the functions you request. Wallet and sign-in providers may process device, session and connection information under their own notices. Optional device permissions are managed through the controls available on your device. Disabling a required permission or storage function may affect the related feature.
If optional advertising, tracking or materially different analytics processing is introduced, we will update the relevant disclosure and obtain consent or provide opt-out controls where required before that processing begins. We will honor legally applicable privacy preference signals where required for the processing concerned.
12. Security and age eligibility
Tradee's architecture separates authentication, wallet signing, transaction policy and private account data, and limits access according to the function performed. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a device, account, provider or network will never be compromised. We will handle personal-data incidents and any required notices according to applicable law.
Tradee is intended only for people who are at least 18 and have legal capacity to use the service. It is not offered to children through parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information to Tradee, contact contact@usetradee.com so we can investigate and take the measures required by law.
13. Changes and contact
Updates will show a new effective date. Material changes require an appropriate notice, and any additional consent required by law must be obtained before the relevant new processing begins.
