Tokenized stocks
Do tokenized stocks include shareholder rights?
Voting, dividend, and redemption rights depend on the structure and terms of each token.
Do not assume that holding a token gives you the same rights as holding the underlying company’s shares directly. Token structures vary, and the issuer’s documentation defines the rights attached to a particular asset.
Check those terms for voting rights, treatment of dividends and corporate actions, redemption, and eligibility requirements before making a decision.
